Bitrate lowering and rising randomly whilst streaming

I've been streaming on YouTube, and the bitrate keeps lowering and rising at random times, to points where sometimes it even ends the stream without my saying so. I don't know what it could be. I have some of the best wifi that a person could reasonably have, so I doubt it's a connection issue.
I've attached 2 logs, both containing the problem. Although the later one has "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion" turned on and the earlier one does not.

The 16-38 shows bandwidth lowering and rising because you have dynamic bitrate enabled which lowers the bitrate (as low as 50) to prevent dropped frames. Dropped frames are happening in the other log because you don't have enough steady bandwidth/connection between and YouTube.

1. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
2. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
3. Run OBS as Admin.
4. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
