Bitrate drop to 0 when i try to play any Online games

so i have been trying to stream for a bit now but I notice that everytime I play an online game the bitrate drops down to 0, keep in mind this doesn't happen when I watch youtube or play offline game, when I'm just watching youtube and playing offline game i get a constant stable 6k to 10k bitrate its just specifically online game and nothing else can anyone help me fix this cause i really wanna stream fps games like valorant and overwatch

This is usually caused by 3rd party network "optimizer" software, sometimes included in antivirus or other such products.

Can you elaborate more on how to fix this? I am having the same issues and I cannot seem to find the 3rd Party optimizer
