Question / Help Best local record settings?

Hi guys

Im looking for the best local record Settings (Not Live streaming) I will be recording from Pc, xbox and,PS4 For the consoles i have a Elgato hd60pro. My Pcspecs are I7 8700k And a Gtx1080ti.. I am wanting to know bit rates to use and if local recording works better with x264 or the nvnec encoders mainly. The local recording will be used for YouTube videos if that makes it any difference to settings

Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard

Or just set to simple output mode, indistinguishable quality, large file size.

NVENC is perfectly fine for this, it works very well at high bitrates and will not load your CPU when you use it.
