Question / Help Bad quality streams

When i stream to twitch i have lots of issues getting the stream to look somewhat good. The stream always has blurry/pixelated footage and has bad lag spikes.
My specs
NVIDIA gtx 1050ti
Processor Intel Core i7-8700K
RAM 24GB DDR4

I have tried many settings and cant get any good results.

There's no stream/recording attempt in those logs. Make sure to select a log file in which you did, otherwise none of the relevant information is shown (encoding settings, missed frames with what's causing them, etc).

From what is available without a recording session shown, you should update windows and run OBS in administrator mode. Making these changes will help to minimize rendering lag, but we need the full log files to show all issues present.
