Question / Help bad quality of stream when moving. Makes stream look pixelated

Hi everyone, i like to stream , but a factor stops me from doing it. I have a good PC, a have very stable obs configuration when im not moving, quality is realistic and good. But when i start moving, stream starts to pixelate and get blurry, I tried lot of different options but nothing changes. Any Help??

It’s at 1600 right now. Cause the more I put it the more FPS drop I have on obs. 1600 is where it doesn’t drop anything cause my internet isn’t the best as some people have.

My resolution base is 1920x1080 to output of 1280x720. FPS set to 48. Downscale filter of lanczos.

You might want to stick with 1280x720p 30fps with that bitrate. Anything higher, and it'll become a mess.

Even at 30fps it still looks good and then when I start moving around or start moving the whole stream looks pixelated

More bit rate is your easiest fix. Or dropping the resolution more.

It's always going to look better when you're not moving than when you're moving, especially at that low a bitrate.

Even dropping the frames still didn’t fix the stream to be pixelated when moving a lot

Under settings > output
There's a line that allows you to change bitrate.

Ik but the higher the bitrate I put it, the stream has dropped frames notification that pops up all the time

If you can't increase bitrate because your connection cannot sustain a higher bitrate, the only way to improve visual quality is to reduce resolution.
