Question / Help Bad computer or its me ?

hello guys,
i would like to stream league of legends, fortnite, csgo, and other game on Twitch.
but when i'm starting my stream i got framedrop in game, freeze and some kind of things like this.
i tried everything about buffer, fps etc
(just before showing you my settings and computer i just bought a 'gtx 1060 6go')
so my question is do you think it will make a big change with my 1060 6go ?
or what do you suggest to me to get better performance ?
ps: i'm sorry for my bad english don't kill me.. ^.^
