Background Removal / Virtual Green-screen & Low-Light Enhance

Background Removal / Virtual Green-screen & Low-Light Enhance v1.3.7

You deleted the fully completed bug report with the summarized words: "We are not your slavery". I submitted the bug-report because I think that it has something to do with OBS itself. Because no matter which Background Removing Tool I use the black outline appears everywhere. But as you deleted the report I'm no longer interested in fixing. I made a hardware-based workaround by using a HDMI-splitter and inputing two different signals from one cam. With touchportal I split the logic in half plugin-used and half-hardware used depending on the scene I'm using. It could be easier but every background-removal choice that runs via hardware gives a slightly lag that is visible if you overlay the bg-removed source with the original.

Thank you for detailed feedback! Unfortunately, our product does not fit your needs. I'm happy to hear from you that you find a suitable product for you. Enjoy your streaming!

This does NOT work!
For starters, there's NO installer in the download page, so no idea where that is "added".
The 'How To' in this download, says to put the folder in 'Plugins' (Quote: Copy the `obs-backgroundremoval` folder to your OBS Studio plugins directory), doesn't work, OBS can't find it in its Filters.
A person in OBS Discord Serer said I should ONLY put .dll file in the 'Plugins', and the rest in 'Data', which makes me FIND it in its Filters, but it doesn't work (no changes) and just crash my OBS (V32, on Win11 x64) when deleting the filter... Can you fix this??

AND make a DETAILED VIDEO tutorial how you install this, because clearly, I'm too stupid.
