AVC encoder bitrate only 0kbps or 1kbps

Hi there guys,
I tried to change the bitrate, but I just can't seem to make it switch. The only two options that it lets me do, is either 1 or 0. I can't really figure out why does this problem occurs, but I hope that I'm not the only one having this problem! Does someone face this issue too? I really don't want to switch to StreamLabs OBS and just want to stick with OBS studio!

The only two options that it lets me do, is either 1 or 0. I had the same error with the last drivers Amd returned to 20.10.1 The second option to switch Obs Output Mode to Simple
 
I'm having the same issue. From what I can dig up on Reddit, you need to revert back to a supported AMD driver. That unfortunately won't work for me as without the latest AMD driver my game will not run properly.
