Audio slightly out of sync

Hi, when I screen record the audio is always slightly out of sync with the video. I've done it with multiple tabs open and none but the one I'm recording. It's just enough that something feels off. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on short cut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok
2. Display Capture is the last resort. Build your scene with Game/Window/Video Device Capture etc.
3. Set the process priority to Above Normal in the Advanced Settings.

You can adjust the audio offset to attempt to sync. I had the same issue, where my audio was lagging with the video.

Edit > Advanced Audio Properties > Sync Offset >
I used 800ms, and its pretty close. Try there, hope this helps.
