Question / Help Audio Popping No Matter What I Do

Alright guys, I've hit the breaking point with OBS and I simply do not know what is causing this or how to fix it.

I've been experiencing audio popping while monitoring my Elgato Capture Card through OBS for playing Nintendo Switch games and it just won't go away no matter what I do. It does this both in OBS and in the Elgato Game Capture software.

Here's a list of everything I have done so far, and I still experience audio crackling/popping every time.

- I changed PCs completly (I now have a I7-9700kf and a RTX 2070 Super GPU so I doubt it's hardware related). I've had it for 3 days and the problem is still present.
- I unplugged all of my USB devices (thought some interference could cause this, crackling is still present)
- Tried different Capture Cards; Elgato HD60 Pro, Elgato HD60s and Avermedia LGP2 Plus, crackling is still present)
- Tried different HDMI cables for my capture card, crackling still occurs
- Switched Headsets, thought maybe that was related. Nope still happens
- Changed my microphone set-up, now passing it through a mixer instead of Voicemeeter, didn't change anything
- Changed sample rates

And the weird part about all of this is that I don't have any other source in OBS, just the Capture Card and I am still experiencing crackling.

I'm just super frustrated and don't know what to do at this point, is there anyone experiencing the same issues as me?

Here are my log files if it helps anything: https://obsproject.com/logs/qTwdwh103RMLyvvJ

OBS is set to use 44.1 khz audio.

Your Elgato is set to use 48khz audio. This can result in artifacts and poor audio quality. The sample rate for OBS and all audio devices should be the same. I realize you may have changed them in order to solve the issue and it did not work, but they should be the same-- having them be different will not resolve the issue even if having them the same doesn't either.

Although to be fair, if these issues happen both in OBS and in Elgato's own software that would seem to lay the problem squarely with Elgato and the driver.
