After searching many threads, My OBS is still lagging, but my game isn't! Help Needed!

I've looked around on forums for a while and I can't figure out how to fix this lag in my obs. I'm running at 30fps average and I would like to boost it to 60fps.

Start removing this antivirus and the 2 malware:

15:09:13.965: McAfee VirusScan: enabled (AV)
15:09:13.965: McAfee Firewall: enabled (FW)

Then take a look at the analyzer:
