right now i have the default %CCYY-%MM-%DD %hh-%mm-%ss..... is there a % toggle to add active window name?? for the window being recorded?

There is different approach. Users of OBS usually renaming last recording as soon as recording complete. This can be done automatically with scripts or plugins. For some older versions of OBS it worked well:
