Activity feed in OBS Studio shows "Unknown user"

Hi,

I have stumbled upon an issue with the activity feed in OBS Studio.

For some reason all the trash ppl that goes into you channel and do a follow and directly after do an unfollow or what ever they do, now causes my activity feed in OBS Studio to be shown as "unknown user"

This seams to have a connection to streamelements Activity feed and OBS

I have search for this but seams to be a rare or new issue so nothing much out there. So I'll try to see if there is anyone who have similar issue and a solution.

FYI: If I open the Stream Manager on twitch it does not show the "unknown User"

Those are most likely accounts that have been terminated for being part of recent hate raiders groups

Any hint how to get rid of them in OBS studio activity feed? As I mention they are not showing in the activity feed in twitch stream manager. Only in OBS.

They're still in the database on twitch, so they're still in the API.
If you're using the .live plugin you need to contact streamelements as their plugin replaces service integration components.
If you're not using the .live plugin, you need to contact twitch, as the activity feed used is the one provided by twitch.
