A Breakpoint has been Reached?

I Have been getting some really weird crashes in OBS/ Destiny 2 starting today I have my dump logs, and crash reports attached I can not find the issue if someone can help me that would be great. I also have the DMP dumps for obs but it is too big to post.

It started today with discord crashing while streaming, then Destiny 2 froze twice on me while doing a GM :(

The only error I saw was an obs A breakpoint has been reached

Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: destiny2.exe (27128) consumed 7182733312 bytes, PresentMon_x64.exe (13188) consumed 3811885056 bytes, and obs64.exe (17516) consumed 1150369792 bytes.

After installing a clean windows 11 I all my errors are gone and I no longer crash or have issues!
