Hello, Im wonderning why I've got blurry quality on my stream. I want to achieve stream quality like videos below:

http://www.twitch.tv/execcs/b/567590035

or
http://www.twitch.tv/aphrodjiac/b/567708323

You know, clear frame, when you turn your camera around, fast sharpening and sharp ground (you can see each rock and grass on ground). Below you can see my recorded videos in OBS with different settings. As you can see, when I run ground is blurry and ammunition font in the down-right side is not sharp. All streamers who stream with quality I want achieve, when Im ask them about settings, they told they have 3500 kbit, veryfast and thats all what they say, but quality is different! ;)

Game is 720p and OBS is 720p. With 3500 kbit should not be visible a blurry squares

This one video, is set to buffer 0, and that quality I want achieve.

Quality while Im running, ground is sharp and I can see each rocks and grass. And what is important, in right-down corner, this black window with ammunition condition is very sharp. (3500 kbit, buffersize 0)

Quality while Im running, ground is more blurry (CBR, 3500 kbit / buffersize 3500)

The videos look pretty normal to me.
Arma is one of the most encoding intensive games I currently know of. All the foliage and ongoing movement is just too heavy to look good at useful bitrates and without high compression.
