stream and record

I'm trying to do both YouTube and twitch so I'm trying if possible to record and stream at the same time. I've been playing on my xbox mostly and streamed using my elgato hd60. Now I'm trying to switch to playing on my PC and streaming at 720p 60fps using nvenc CBR 3500 bitrate at high quality...

I started streaming about 1 year ago and everything was fine then about 1 month ago I bought a 144Hz screen. After that in all of my streams my FPS felt like it was 45 - 50ish but there are no dropped frames, no encoding lag, nothing. I checked my GPU, CPU, RAM usages and there are no problems...

I swear, a minute and a half after the end of my stream, your program turned on the video stream again. 2 minutes of my personal information has been compromised. I'm sure I couldn't accidentally turn on the stream myself, as it turns on with 2 clicks on different buttons. How do you explain that?!
