I have attached the log file. No matter what settings I change or what I do, I get this same error using Nvenc in OBS Studio.
I am running 64 bit OBS Studio, I have tried running it as administrator. I have run it with nothing else open and tried to record my desktop.
I have already...
I've used OBS Studio many many many times. But suddenly, when I am trying to record I get the notification with the famous "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." message...
Alot of people have the same problem. But none of their solutions are working for me. When i want to record with NVENC Encoder its shows an window that says ''Update your drivers for NVDIA'' But more drivers are alrady updated :/ I already Reinstalled the program. Does any one has the Solution?
I tried to record using the NVENC encoder, but it gives me an error saying I need at least Nvidia driver 334.89 to use it. My driver version is 388.73(just updated), so it should work since it's more up to date.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
So this has been happening for almost every stream for 2 weeks now. Everything seems fine until suddenly it isn't. I first noticed this (while playing Dark Souls) in interaction with my bot. My bot (streamlabs chatbot) would get a white boarder around it like something had went wrong. Then I was...

I found another thread on the problem I'm having here. After upgrading to NVidia's latest 416.16 driver, I can't get OBS to stop recording. Technically it never starts recording even though the "Record" button says it is. But hitting the button again locks OBS into the "Stopping Recording"...

So I know this question has probably been asked a billion times now, but I can't get OBS to record or stream with NVENC. I'm not really worried about whether I'm going to record/stream on x264 or NVENC, but I want to at least have both options. Now this is my first time posting, although I have...
