If anyone can help me out so I can get it back to normal I would greatly appreciate it.

Im pretty new to recording gameplay, last time I did I used fraps back in the late 2000's so OBS is quite new. I was recording gameplay for Mount & Blade Bannerlord but ran into issues in recording early on. I noticed that when playing it back in the media player it was choppy and laggy, however...
Every 1-2 seconds my recording or stream freezes. This is not a problem in the preview, or while playing, only when viewing recordings or streams. I have no missing frames, and I'm kind of stumped.
When I am testing it not in game, everything is fine. The most recent recording still displays...
I have been attempting to set up my mates OBS for his Youtube recordings, but I've noticed during my test runs (Playing CS:GO) the game runs like normal, without an issue whatsoever, but when i go to replay the video, it is nonstop choppy, it's almost like it's failing to load the frames or all...

So I built my PC a few months ago, just using OBS to record a few test videos. I'm amazed at how smooth the video is and the great quality - Minecraft Full screen. I come back a few days later and do another test video because my mic arm arrived but the video was very bad. The image was good...
