Obs lagging while playing certain games and my PC is good

I've been trying to stream Call of Duty MW3, warzone, and Horizon Zero Dawn and when I stream it my games on my PC aren't laggy, but my obs are really laggy. my bitrate is 6000kbps all throughout the stream. My PC specs are:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K
ASRock Z690 Steel Legend WiFi 6E ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2
Asus Dual GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition

Does anyone have some help?
It also won't let me use studio mode in obs as well.
