  4. Click the + (Add) button and choose the scene_toggler.lua script you saved in step 1.

Configuration:
  1. After loading the script in OBS, you'll see a property called "Select Scene" in the script's properties panel.
  2. Use the dropdown list to pick the scene you want to toggle to. (If your desired scene isn't visible, check the "Troubleshooting" section.)
  3. Close the scripts window.
Usage:
  1. Navigate to File > Settings > Hotkeys.
  2. Scroll down to find "Toggle Scene Hotkey".
  3. Set your preferred hotkey for the toggle function.
  4. Click "OK" to save your hotkey setting.
  5. Now, whenever you press the hotkey, it will toggle between the active scene and the pre-defined scene from the configuration step.
Troubleshooting:
  • Confirm that the scene_toggler.lua script is loaded in the Scripts section.
  • If the scene doesn't switch, double-check the scene name in the dropdown list. Make sure it exists in your OBS.
  • If the scene isn't in the dropdown, click the refresh button at the bottom left of the window.
  • Ensure your chosen hotkey isn't already in use for another OBS function.
