The program can't start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer:

Compilation of vertex shader failed (result = 80004005):
These errors are often caused by the wrong versions of DirectX files being installed by some other application or game. The DirectX installer won't fix it because it does not check the file versions.
DXFix will check the versions of DirectX files required by OBS and forcibly replace them if they are the wrong version. This should fix the majority of the above errors.
