Zoom null

Im new to OBS and Im learning how to add sources. When i got to add my zoom or skype as a source via display and window capture, i dont have the option for zoom. I have a Macbook Air (2019). How do i fix this (null) message on the different sources?
If you could like a link to a video or written out direction, that would be most helpful.

I have a brand new 2020 16" macbook pro running on MacOS 10.16.5, and I am experiencing the same issue. I can not bring an active Zoom or Skype stream into OBS. I have searched high and low without any finding any solutions. Is there any way possible to achieve this? I would be happy to pay for a fix.

Older Mac, older OS, but working fine.

Is Zoom.app in windowed mode or full-screen, or minimized ?
