So for weeks ive been streaming to YouTube with no issues at all. But lately My Friends & I have all been experiencing the same problem. As seen in the stream from last night. https://youtu.be/tgAwZwkeVhM About every 10 to 12 seconds there is a weird slow down/stutter of the entire stream. Almost like the framerate is dropping. The weirdest thing is once YouTube processes the stream & it hits VP9 the issue goes away. The issue doesn't show in local recording, Doesn't show up in the Youtube DVR once the stream hits VP9 & YouTube Is Done Processing it, Another Strange thing is if I use Game Capture HD to stream. The same issue doesn't happen at all. I am so confused & at the point of pulling my hair out. I stream using an Elgato HD 60 Pro & stream at a Bitrate of 25Mb. I am not dropping any frames from encoding, rendering, Or network. Could someone at the very least explain whats happening here? Any Help at all would be greatly appreciated.
