Question / Help XBOX lags on stream, 0 droppped frames on OBS

Ive been having issues recently when streaming xbox to twitch using OBS. the gameplay is lagging for the viewers, but it looks fine on my laptop and i dont have any dropped frames in OBS. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run OBS on the GTX 1050 via NVIDIA Control Panel.

if i run obs on the Nvidia my screen capture wont work. just get a black screen.

im not sure if im missing something but it says to use integrated graphics. unless im miss understanding.

• NOTE: If you want to use Display Capture on a Laptop, set this to the Integrated Graphics Processor. This will mean that Window Capture and Game Capture will not work, and the performance of OBS Studio may be degraded.

ive been streaming for over a year and its been fine up to maybe the new update. im gonna try to stream with SLOBS tonight and see if theres a difference. i appreciate the help @OG See OH Zee

Used SLOBS tonight and everything looked great. its definitely an OBS setting/issue.

No it is not a OBS issue, forcing OBS to run on the Intel is not good for performance.

i appreciate your input, but how is it not an OBS issue when it worked fine previously, also works fine on SLOBS? im unable to capture the computer display when running OBS on NVIDIA. the only fix i have found for that was to run OBS on Intel.
