It seems no matter what preset I use except for Very Fast, I get minor hiccups or, stuttering during streaming or recording, sometimes better, sometimes worse, but only Very Fast has none for me, yet Fast has the least of all the others which is weird. Any OBS settings I need to check that may be causing this? CPU Temps are fine by the way.
