Question / Help Wondering how I stream to twitch and get it to show up.

I just downlaoded OBS and... the title! I have tribes ascend added as a source and when I start streaming it 1, doesn't show up on twitch even though my account is linked 2,inside the OBS software it shows a black screen.

Well actually im pressing Esc+alt but yeah im in fullscreen. After I start streaming. Go into game. clicky clicky, Esc+alt it shows the screen I left off on but its NOWHERE to be found on twitch. I even manually looked up my name on mobile and couldn't find it. Also, its not doing anything to my fps. At all. Which 100% means its not properly streaming

You shouldn't be tabbing out of fullscreen games AT ALL to check on them. They stop rendering and stop being captureable when you do.
