Question / Help Windows 8.1 64-Bit Window Capture not working

Hi,
I'm on a windows 8.1 machine and i'm to record in window capture and its not working and i tried entire window and inner window. And its not working at all and does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Because i don't want to make a different game capture to every single game that i have!

It would be a big help if you can give me a solution! and thanks!

EVGA GTX 750 sc 1gb
Intel pentuim g3258
8gb of corsair ram @ 1600mhz
msi Z97 G43
Windows 8.1
