You still haven't provided the log.

And having the videos marked private means we can't check them.

Recorded at 120fps.

WHY?

I can't think of a single reason to record OR stream at 120fps.

Also, if you're using video editing software on your recordings, that might be taking the output framerate to 30.

Omg .;.... just for that 1 VIDEOOOOO can u just PLS HELP ME SO IT ACTULLAY GOES INTO YOUTUBE AT 60 FPS
he already told you how. set obs to 60fps and leave it alone.

also note that I believe only chrome can view at 60fps.

youtube reencodes videos so they might be dropping your videos down from 120 to 30. Other than that, this isn't an OBS issue.
once you set the video to 60fps and if then they are still being reencoded by youtube to 30, you'll have to take it up with youtube. OBS is doing what it is supposed to.

No. might try help.youtube.com but seriously, fix your OBS to 60fps first then post a log of the results. Maybe the same you did before with the video link, but I need to see a logfile where you set the video tab to 60fps.

actually 60fps looks even smoother and better in ie compared to ff and chrome

if you upload your 60fps videos to yt then it takes some time until yt has it encoded and its viewable
