Question / Help window capture wont work

whenever I try to use my window capture, I choose a window and click okay, and then the only thing I can see on the obs preview is the top browser and nothing else, the rest of it is white

for example if I open my twitter I cant see anything but the to that says http://Twitter, and then the actual twitter part will be white, plz help

what do you mean a log? osiris, just every time I do a window capture everything works but the page shows up white and I cant stream with that
