Why my obs screen is black?

First of all, I have a laptop (Lenovo B50-80 I5-5200U just with Intel HD Graphics 5500 , i don t have any Nvidia or AMD graphic card) . My screen is black when I want to record a game . On YTB i dont find nothing about this like why ? Im the only one without a nvidia or amd graphic card?

Windows Game DVR: On -> OFF
Avast Antivirus -> Deinstall the defender makes the same job

DOnt forget update windows to newest revision
update Grafic Driver
use Quicksync as encoder.
didnt see witch source did you use in your scene ?
and last but not least gaming and recording on this system will be the hell its not powerfull enough

To make OBS capture something, you need to add a source to your scene. According to your log, it's empty, so OBS isn't capturing anything.
