so i tried it out put it in 14, still have those stutters or choppy video what ever you wanna call it.You shouldn't be using a bitrate number for recording.
You should be using a quality based rate control like CRF or CQP and specify a quality target with it (14 is the cqp/crf value used in simple output mode)
the lower the CQP the higher the quality run obs as administrator and disable your preview and up the CQP as needed (dont go past 19)so i tried it out put it in 14, still have those stutters or choppy video what ever you wanna call it.
i lowered the value to 10 and 10 both and still have those stutters but video is running 60fps fine, any idea?

cap your game to 120fps
