Question / Help When recording videos for Youtube videos freeze.

When I make videos with OBS my videos freeze. I have a nice computer and I should be able to record videos on it. Can someone send me the recommended settings. I want to be able to make good quality videos and not bad quality laggy videos.

Wait, how do you think freezing ? When you are playing them after recording in windows media player etc ? They are in .mp4 after recording, did you try importing them in your rendering software to see are they freezing still ? Or just download VLC Player and play them through that player. It's well known that some players are not playing some formats properly.
