For me what I did was downscale the resolution to 1664x936(16:9) and it worked. Its been on and off for me when it comes to streaming at 1920x1080. I usually had to restart my stream and the second time it worked fine. When I first streamed it at 1080p, I got consistent FPS. Reason why its jerkey, laggy, and(or) even stuttering is cause the FPS drops. Hope this helps :)
