Question / Help What's the best way to turn my laptop into a control surface for OBS/Streaming?

I've downloaded the great obs Remote plugin https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-remote.19/ and its great so far. It lets me use my laptop while my friend is streaming and do stuff like switch scenes/sources adjust the audio and mic sliders that obs uses.

I was wondering if there's any other plugins or combination of external programs that would help me out with producing with a laptop. Our needs are really simple right now, Scene 1 has the main monitor, Scene 2 has the main monitor + web cam at bottom right, and Scene 3 is only the web cam. I can adjust the volume of the computer output and adjust his mic audio.

However I don't even know what our needs are right now, or what is capable via plugins or other programs. Does anyone have any idea tools "professional" multi crew people use? I would assume stuff like adding and arranging sources on the fly remotely is probably something professionals would do? Maybe some sort on the fly text with CLR Browser Source Plugin and edit a txt file on my end. Isolating audio feeds is probably harder remotely with obs and plugins alone but probably with a different program?

Thanks for the help for any suggestions or ideas!

Hey guys, since my last post, I've added a way to remotely control the playlist and a soundboard via the laptop/ mobile phone. Is there any other tools I could add to my repertoire to be a better producer?
