Question / Help What should my bitrate be with an upload speed of 2.45?

This is my first time streaming with the OBS program and I am very lost with the settings in it. I am trying to figure out what's the best setting for an upload speed such as 2.45. I am trying to make my stream more clear with the quality WITHOUT being pixelated while streaming.

Here's the settings I am using now:

Encoder: x264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 2000
Keyframe Interval: 0
CPU Usage Preset: fast
Profile: main
Tune: (None)
x264 Options (separated by space): (blank)

Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1920x1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720
Downscale Filter: Lanczos (Sharpened scaling, 32 samples)
Common FPS Values: 30

You cannot do much with an upload speed of 2.45mbit. You took correct steps by choosing 2 mbit as bitrate, which leaves 0.45mbit for gaming and voip, scaling down to 720p, and by not choosing 60 fps but 30. And as well by using the "fast" preset to increase quality (as long as you don't overload your CPU).
Though, Twitch recommends a minimum bandwidth of 2500 for 720p30: https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/

You are locked to a bitrate of 2000, so try switching between 720p and 480p and choose the resolution that is most appropriate for you. If the thing you're going to stream does not have that much graphics complexity, 720p may be the right choice. If it has high complexity, 480p may be the right choice, otherwise you will see much pixelation.

Thank you for your reply! Alright, I will see what I can do with the resolution between 480p with high quality games such as Warframe, Overwatch, and DOOM.etc. I will keep messing with the settings to see what's right for all the games I can play. Once again, thank you!
