Question / Help What setting should i put for this PC?(TWITCH)

Well i started to streaming on twitch a few days ago for the game Counter Strike:Global Offensive but i got problems the stream is lag like crazy i been trying to play with the settings on OBS and in the game but i couldn't fix it.
so this is my computer Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i5 CPU 2.80GHz 2.79 GHz.
RAM:4.00 GB.
64x.
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450.
Monitor: BENQ GW2250(1980x1080 resulotion).
Upload Speed:3.03 MB
Download Speed:40.97MB

How can i make this PC stream smoothly even if it means the stream will be on low resulotion.
i hope ill get answer because i can't manage to fix this.

yes i did but it didn't really helped me out and i cant pick the exacst specifications i got

Hmmm OK...so try to run a stream, stop it and upload your log file (like said here)

After analysis of your log, here's some advices:

• Always try to use "Game capture" rather than "Monitor capture"
• An unknown program is trying to record ("hooking") your game like OBS. Try to find it & disable/uninstall it.
• Lower your max bitrate & your buffer size to 2000
• Lower your output resolution to 1280x720
• Put your x264 preset back to "veryfast"
