Weird Linux glitching w/ window capture

I need help getting window capture to work. arch Linux, AMD GPU, KDE plasma.

I get the same thing in Ubuntu 18.04 with certain windows like the gedit text editor. The video is scrambled and appears to be parts of the background the gedit window is on. When I drag the gedit window across the screen the display of the window contents changes but is still scrambled. Two files are attached, one of the gedit window and the other the OBS rendering of that window. Attach files

Well, I am also getting glitching video output. I am on Zorin OS based on Ubuntu and I thought to record screen using OBS but mine whenever i try to record my video output is unacceptable. I had go through all software settings but nothing is working fine may be its intel HD graphics driver issue?
I am using linux on Dell Insprion 15-3552
Specs - CPU - celeron 3060, 1.6ghz dual core
RAM- 4GB DDR3
GPU- Intel onboard Graphics (Intel HD)
