Question / Help Webcam is just Staticy

I just got this new Webcam(Logitech C270) and It worked fine. and then it updated the drivers automatically. and now this happends. http://gyazo.com/5b72bdf852eb6da2485ceb1dea10c5b3 Ive tried other drivers, it works fine on Xsplit and Skype, but not OBS, please help. thanks.

- GTX 780ti Classified Kingpin 5gb Vram Exclusive
- i7 4770k @ 4,5 ghz
