Webcam freeze/black screen

Hello, I have a Microsoft LifeCam and I am currently on 28.0.1 and the webcam keeps freezing, black screeening, or flat out crashing obs. I have tried turning it into high performance on the graphic settings, tried running OBS as administrator, tried deleting it from all scenes and making only one and using an existing scene, I tried unplugging it from my USB hub and straight into my laptop, I even tried reinstalling Microsoft Lifecam. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem.
I uninstalled obs and reinstalled everything, but as soon as one of my scenes has a webcam source, I have problems, I even tried with several webcams
