Question / Help webcam desync

my webcam has about 100 or so milliseconds of delay inherent to it, so I want a way to force all audio and all video except for my webcam to have the same amount of delay, in order to sync them together. is there any way to do this?

what will that do? i thought it just puts a delay on your mic.

What you want isn't possible, for example you cannot delay a game capture source, which you are using.
