Question / Help Webcam Buffer time resets to 0

I currently am required to set my webcam buffer time to 4000 in order for my stream/recordings to have synced webcam and game play (for capture card). However minutes into the stream the webcam will act as if it has a buffer of 0 and is ahead again of the game play. Thanks for your time.

Now i do not have any advanced knowledge in obs, but what i notice form the log is at line 155 the buffer time is set for the webcam and the use buffering is set to true. On line 197 use buffering is set to false. Mite be reason mite not. Thanks for the help.

Edit-
For Gameplay/Game Audio to be synced directly 1:1, Advanced> "Force desktop audio to use video time stamps as base for audio time". Needs to be enabled.

For some reason in this log gameplay and webcam are not in sync, however towards the end they sync up. https://gist.github.com/b90996a579dcf11b23ee . Have the video if that would help at all. Let me know.
