Question / Help Want to stream LoL at the best quality possible

Hi I've been streaming LoL in a very long time, but always keeps ending up stopping to stream, because I can't make a good enough quality.
I have no lags or anything at all, but my viewers keeps getting lagspikes or something I can't remember the name of, where the stream just like pauses itself and jumps to another place after a few seconds.

Here's my speedtest:

I choose FRANKFURT just to be safe, even through with my internet I don't really think it makes much difference if I choose that or my own country xD

Here's my PC:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4CPUs), -3.3GHz
Ram: 16GB
Graphic card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

Plz tell me if there is anything more you need information about.

Enable aero.
Check if every Audio device is set to 48hz. If not, set obs to the same as ur devices.
Set ur Output Resolution to 1280x720 (downscale)
Set ur Audio Bitrate to 112 or 96
Set the Fps to 30
Set the encoding Profile to High instead Main

Should help with the socket loop and dropped frames. Ur CPU isnt that good to Stream in 1080p@60

Yea okay thanks a lot guys :)
But mostly it's just my CPU that's not good enough for full quality then?
Could you tell me which one I could buy that would help with it?

Encoding is a cpu intensive procedure. Your gpu is fine, even you can play every game you want on it.

There is an obs version wich supports amds vce. Vce is like nvenc for nvidia. You can choose this encoder in obs and lets your gpu encode instead your cpu. So, before you gonna buy an expensive i7 or something, you could Test it if this will be a good alternative for you.

Or you can test quicksync for encoding? But note, the best quality has the x264 encoder.

well 1080p60 is not happening at all yet you could pull 720p30 maybe even 720p60 if you would only stream lol

for a really decent sandy bridge cpu to stream with i would recommend buying an i7 2700k or actually just upgrade mb+cpu to the latest intel i7 gen (4790k+1150mb)
