Question / Help Voices Sound Distorted

When I go to stream everyones voices sound weird. Twitch.tv/WhosInUrBackpack
My voice is the only one that is normal. Not sure if it has something to do with my settings or what. Ive looked at the forums and cant seem to find anything that helps.
