Question / Help Video to Twitch seems to be freezing

I dont know if while I am streaming the feed is fine or not.

When I watched the recording of it I know that the sound level I finally got correct.

But watching the recording after my stream, throughout the video feed would freeze.

I am using Game Capture for Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 and my default webcam as well for a picture of me at the same time.

My next attempt to fix this will be to only have the game capture running. Though I am hoping it is only a matter of the correct OBS settings.
