I habe a desktop pc and a nvidea gpu.

Ok sorry my english is not so good.
When i start streaming in window mode and the game is in borderless window, the video, which the other people see live, stuck, means it doesnt move, it is a standing picture all the time, do you know what i mean?

What game are you trying to capture? Does this happen with every window, or only this particular game? Are you able to use game capture instead?

i tried it with wildstar.
I will try it with another game and post then.
When the game is only in window mode, it works.
what is game capture?

It sounds like you're actually running the game in fullscreen mode then, not borderless windowed mode. Game capture is another type of source that hooks a game directly, and will work with games running in fullscreen mode.

in settings of wildstar i activated borderless window.
here you can see it :
I set the source to Wildstar Window but it shows firefox.
