So I recently have been recording some games and stuff to put on youtube, the problem i'm running across is this, I record a game in borderless or windowed as game capture and all is fine, video recording comes out great, however, if I record in fullscreen, the gamepay and everything is fine, but the recording is really jumpy, like a consistent jumpy.
Anyone know how to fix this and what the problem is?
