Question / Help Video freezes with last update

Ever since the last update I can't capture video reliably. It keeps freezing, but continues capturing audio during the freeze. It looks bad. I cannot post this to youtube. I JUST started my first ever channel... I have eight subscribers, I don't want to lose them when I have barely gotten going... Does anybody know a fix? Or do I just have to wait for another update?
 
If you haven't already tried it might help to add a resolution downscale and lower the fps, as it sounds like your processor just can't quite handle the capture.
