I want to upload DOOM Eternal videos on my channel, but the videos look very pixelated and blurry.

I have my Base Resolution at 1920x1080 and my Output Scaled resolution at 3840x2160 because I want youtube to give me the vp9 codec...
Even still I get worse quality at 1080p than other DOOM Eternal videos on 1080p. Im comparing my 1080p preset with this video's 1080p preset:
