Video comes out laggy after recording

I've been having this problem since last year. At first I thought that it was because my computer was too old, so I gave up on fixing it and just moved on.
Recently, I changed laptops and got a much better one, but the problem somehow persists. I've been trying to record a game, Roblox to be specific, but after recording, the video comes out super laggy, despite being just fine WHILE recording. I used my monitor and noticed the video starts to lag after around 10-15 seconds of recording, and sometimes it just lags immediately. I don't keep anything extra open while recording, just OBS, the game I'm recording, and a simple "pngtuber" app.
Here are my laptop specs if that helps somehow:

Procesador Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 125H (3.60 GHz)
RAM instalada 16.0 GB (15.4 GB utilizable)
Tarjeta gráfica Intel(R) Arc(TM) Graphics (128 MB)
Almacenamiento 323 GB de 477 GB usado

Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador x64

(I know they're in Spanish; I copied them directly from my laptop, which is set to Spanish because it is my native language. I hope that's not a problem.)
(Also, I currently have Windows 11, so I doubt it is some kind of compatibility issue.)

1. Update to OBS 32.2.1 or the newest available version. Help > Check For Updates
2. Display, Game and Window Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
3. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via here.

Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough (26.6% of the time). Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (60, 30) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use. I would recommend changing the Common FPS value from 60 to 30.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.

I can’t reduce the fps below 60 in the game I'm attempting to record, but I can decrease the graphics settings. I'll give that a shot and limit the fps on OBS to check if it makes a difference. Tho this does fix the problem in other games, so thank you.

I did as you instructed above. Here is the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/JFth46kKy9NtFBOi

My mic/aux volume comes back at as echo, the volume is almost not heard. The lagging of audio recording, that one is purely frustrating.
