Question / Help very low fps while streaming MineCraft

Hey everyone, so I just bought PC Minecraft and I am running MineCraft at 100 FPS with OBS not opened. When I open OBS I get 80 fps and when I preview the game via Game Capture with OBS I get 5 FPS. I stream with a Dell Inspiron 620 computer with a 1.5 mbps upload speed at a 1000 kbps bitrate. Also, I give 3 GBs or RAM for MineCraft.

It's because your integrated graphics adapter does not have the capability of fast capture, so it's resorting to a slower means. You have two options:

Option 1.) Run minecraft in a windowed mode instead of fullscreen, and then use window/monitor capture with aero disabled instead of game capture. This still won't be that great, but it might help.
Option 2.) Get an actual dedicated video card (in my opinion this is the best option)
